I moved in here at the beginning of the year, the staff and the park and neighbors are amazing
We have been visiting this park for about 7 years have found the park great! Activities are wonderful with things going on all the time. The residents really make you feel welcome and we are proud to be part of the community. The management listens and is willing to work with the people. The amenities and property are well cared for and maintained. Overall a great place to be!
Oh, sorry. I must've posted on the wrong area. My bad! I was trying to look for Lost Dutchman State Park with its hikes and all, I didn't know I was posting to a community of athletes. (No offense)
Rules only pertain to certain residents. Lie after lie. The office is to be open 8-5 good luck with that, it’s always closed. This will be our 8th year in the park we had so much fun we decided to buy a place, always looked forward to coming back in the fall. That all changed when Sun Community brought new management in. The rules are so petty that you need permission to paint your house the same color because the Arizona sun fades it. I will never recommend this park to anyone!!
I don't live there so I'm not sure how that is. I do go there during the week to pick someone up. It's secure with a gate, it sits away from the street so if you're not looking you'll miss it. It's clean and quiet.
