We came from San Diego area to spend weekend with family as we have done many times in the past. We just love the area and camping here. Unfortunately this weekend was less then the enjoying weekend we had planned for ! There is some woman name Patty that works in the park. This woman is the "RUDEST" person I have ever encountered working with the public !!!! She has no business what so ever working in such an environment. If it hadn't been for the actual camp host Katina and her husband more then welcoming hospitality our weekend adventure would have been a total bust !!!! They were just awesome people. Exactly the type of people that should be working as campground hosts 😇 As it turned out in the end we had a good weekend because of them. 😀
Lots of fun, but be prepared for the cold water. We enjoyed the whole experience.
Lost Lake, went here today 09-05-2022, Had alotta fun we went in side the Nature Trail to go swimming its really nice in the Nature Trail, There is alotta bath rooms at Lost Lake some brand New, all work good an are really clean, There us play grounds for kids to play at, Theres places to cook an theres running clean good water here, Its a nice cool place to take your Family,
Not crowded at all. Beautiful landscape with no visible garbage. Very clean smelling restroom. Minutes away from casino and great food.
I am very bothered to here the camp host Marty has lost his job over something that is not in his job description and he's is not a security watchman he's a camphost so why take away his job. Shouldn't punish him for the gate broken and people sneaking in and staying in there cars at night when it's your responsibility to provide security and fix the gate. Not his fault and its not the job criteria sham on you guys for even doing that. Marty is not a security watchman if you want him to do that then give him a a paying salary of that job.
