Great campground. Friendly staff. Lots of walking trails for the dogs. Follows the Salt River and has beautiful bluffs. There's a rock cave to look at also. The playground is huge. Only drawback is its along a flight path for the UPS hub in Louisville. Planes fly over every 2 minutes all night long. I'm a sound sleeper but light sleepers may be bothered
Love this campground! Very quiet with great amenities for families. Very clean and the staff is always helpful.
Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. We were here in winter so we did not use any of the recreational amenities.
In a slightly hilly area and the campground works with terrain. Lots of trees and the site are laid out somewhat organically, rather than just a straight parking lot design. Good playground and bounce pad for the kids. Nature trail is long and visits a river and small cave. There is a clearing away from all the campsites.
They are A HOLES!! I paid 63$ just for a tent space. (Almost the price of a hotel!) right before they closed at 7pm, I gave them my card and somehow the “payment was too late”; so they drove me out like I was a CRIMINAL!!!!!! 63 dollars for a tent space and horrible service, may as well get a motel. Thanks
