We have pretty much the same review as the last guy: great for what it is- an easy, safe and very clean overnight stop! $45 We called the owner when we were a few hours out, he was very accommodating, reserved a spot for us- showed up a few minutes after we arrived to turn on the water and collect payment. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his little lot. We have a 25’ travel trailer, along with our truck we easily fit right in on the nice level spot.
5 stars because it's great for what it is. A perfect overnight, easy in, easy out, full hookups right along HWY 60 which is a spectacular RV route through New Mexico. I called, was told they had space, to just come pick one and call him back and let him know what we picked. There are 8 spots. He lives around the corner and comes to collect fee, as of 8/3/24 it was $45. All back in spots, almost exactly level concrete pads about 40' long. We have a 26' trailer with a long bed 4dr truck and had no problem. Check the satellite view if you have much larger rig. Super nice owner.
We have a 35' class A with a bike rack on the back and we were about as long as you would want to be. Very clean, level and very nice owner. The road was quite busy until just after 10pm and then you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet. No trains and just far enough off the Interstate. We had good Verizon coverage and picked up some air antenna channels. We would definitely stay here at Luis RV Park again.
Luis is strictly no nonsense and fair dealing. The park was perfectly clean and centrally located close to the grocery store and nearby shops and restaurants. It is also close to recreational areas like the Box and San Lorenzo Canyon. The pads are flat and the utilities function with zero problems. It is near traffic but with the AZ it is difficult to hear. This park was excellent and a great help while in Socorro!
Perfectly serviceable little RV park. Tiny, full-hookup. We arrived LATE and they still let us check in. Good service. Road noise was a little loud but slept fine. Would sleep here again!
