This place was amazing! The staff was really friendly. The bathrooms were super clean. Although we didn't stay in the cabins, they looked so nice and cozy. Waking up to the sunrise coming over the Shenandoah mountains was breathtaking. Since it is a little chilly, we couldn't take full advantage of all the things this RV resort has to offer. There is a really nice playground, RC track, BMX track, and a tubing area. This is just to name a few things here. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

We absolutely love this campground. The BMX and the RC track are awesome! Last year was the first time. This year we stayed with several family members that also have camper’s and really enjoyed tubing on the river (even though it was low) fishing and the pool. Our only complaint is the dust and the way the pool pass is setup. Bands only stayed on for one or two swims. $5 for lost bands… we stayed all week and the staff knew who we all were. We also stayed at the campground down the road, not nearly as nice as here. The only thing I can think of adding is a jump pillow and gaga ball. All and all this is our favorite campground and will be back several times next year. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff especially the gentleman that cleans the bunk houses!

Great resort to stay at when you are visiting all of the show caves in the area. My wife and I stayed in the glamping tent from Friday until Sunday. The tent was great, the bed was comfortable and the shower was toasty. We opted to walk to our site from the parking. We stayed at 405, and the walk was no big deal. Getting our stuff down to the tent for no real reason. Id say the walk is about 250 yards at most. If you come here expect more of a resort than of a campground. There is camping but if your looking for the trees and distance of people, this is not the place. My only dislike of the place was someone left their child drive a golf cart around endlessly as fast as they could for an hour or two. I believe the situation was rectified though as at one point I did not see them driving by every 2 or 3 minutes. I assumed staff got wind of the situation and warned them not to do it anymore. Overall the stay was pleasant, and me and my wife had a great time visiting the local caves.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our stay was in the fall so the pool area was closed but we felt the park still had plenty of wonderful amenities to feel like it was still an RV Resort. We travel full time and have been to many RV parks claiming to be resorts. This one actually is! Our family especially enjoyed the bike track, well maintained pickleball courts, RC track, ping pong tables, bean bags and cute playground. We also enjoyed a nice canoe float down the Shenandoah River with the take out being right across the river from the resort. The location is also only 20 minutes from Shenandoah NP which we really enjoyed. The only downside for us was the plethora of nasty Halloween decorations over the weekend. I do wish the campground would not allow such nasty ones with this being a family campground. We felt uncomfortable being outside at our site or walking through the campground during the weekend.

This campground is absolutely beautiful. I cannot state that enough. The location, the access to the river, the paths you can walk or use your golf cart with, the sites. Everything is well taken care of. The golf carts worked well and we had no problems traversing the golf cart only paths. We had our camper but if you tent camp or use the glamping tents you will want a golf cart to make it easier to get to and from it. It’s not a NEED, though. They also have wagons to help you carry your things. We can’t wait to come back.
