It's an ok place to stay, not worth the $125 a night, we found used wash clothes hanging in our bathroom over the shower, the shower floor is a little disgusting I can only imagine what's under the mat. The water pressure is really low, so you'll have to take a longer shower to get cleaned up. The stairs look like they ran out of wood when piecing it together. The grill has peanuts in the bottom of it, and the grates were all rusty. Another couple staying in another cabin by us found dirty socks left in their cabin. So I do question the cleanliness of the cabins. The firewood that is provided isn't covered and seems to be freshly split, so it doesn't burn well. We ended up having to buy wood from the gas station to have a fire. Just go in with open eyes if you plan on staying here. I, however, do not ever plan on coming back. I will rent a hotel room instead.

Such nice owners and a beautiful camp ground with full hookups for only $30! It’s right on the lake and with choice of grassy or concrete pads. Unfortunately, We had already booked a stay with harvest host but needed to fill our water tank and use the dump. The owner was super nice and allowed us to use them even though we weren’t staying here. We will definitely be back to stay at this campsite in the future!

We stayed in the Galactic Getaway cabin. It had kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, air fryer, medium size fridge, and a small coffee pot. The coffee pot was undersized for two caffeine junkies, but other than that we couldn't ask for much more. The bathroom was reasonably sized for a small cabin, and the whole place had plenty enough room for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and the planets & stars overhead made a unique atmosphere. Overall, a far better value than a local hotel room. We'll almost certainly be back.

Cute, small campground with full hookups, and a lake with a swimming area. The town of Luverne is very family friendly, there is a concrete trail close by that winds through several parks with play areas and baseball fields. And $30/night, great place for a stopover!

Nice quiet place. Be careful on the steps in this cabin they look amazing but as far as practicality I give them an F. Shower curtain was so high up and with no shower pan the floor gets all wet.
