This is a nice quiet park, everyone is friendly and it's located right next to a beautiful sports park. It's easy to get in a out of. And best of all !!!!! No backed up traffic,the only time it might get backed up that far is from the train.
Place is clean. price is reasonable. management is lazy and and knit picked as well as the residence and their meetings.
Made reservations in March 2024 for January thru March 2025. They bumped us for someone else in late October 2024. Promised we would be first to be called if there were any cancelations...never happened. Had an opening for the unit we originally booked and never notified us. Will never go back there. Terrible management...never returned calls in a timely manner. Manager always seemed to be unavailable. Finally made underlings do her dirty work.
Took a quick trip right outside of Tampa with our travel trailer for a few days. Pros: The community is absolutely nice, clean, well kept & a very quite, mature community. Pet friendly, nice dog park. The people that we met while there were REALLY FRIENDLY. The office staff Rachel was very informative & friendly & patient also. Keri, pardon me if I misspelled her name, the office manager was helpful with immediately refunding us a percentage for the day that we arrived because there was a lock on the shut off water valve, we wouldn't have had water at that spot, however, we was able to move to another spot not far from the original spot that was a available which had water available. That was a plus! There is a good bit of activities/amenities to do in the community, you will not be bored. Absolutely beautiful landscape, met nice people, not to far from local restaurants or downtown Tampa. The price is great! They also serve free popcorn, coffee and hot chocolate. Cons: The property is located next to a train track At least 2 trains pass between 2:30-3:25 AM blowing the train horn. That's not good, My best sleep is at those hours. If you're good with the trains, then you're good. The property is located next to two plants, A steele plant and another that appears to be a cement making company. The noise from them working EARLY in the still dark morning, & this horrible sound that sounds like a whale horn all night long, I have no idea where it comes from. That's it. Overall, I recommend this Community. It's also a 55+ community. It was really, really nice.
