A nice, quiet, small RV park. Some sites have tree shade. Affordable. Laundromat next door. Grocery store a block away. A handful of decent restaurants in this small town. I'm staying here for a month for the quarantine and may stay the summer.
I had an extend stay in Mama Bear RV park while I was building my house. I found the park to be in the perfect location, washeteria located next door, Post Office next door on the other side, and you can walk to the grocery store and all restaurants in town. I also found the park to be quiet and well managed. Silvia and her family are very accommodating and easy to work with. Silvia's son lives at the RV park and is available for any assistance you may need. I highly recommend the park for a quick stay while traveling, a hunting trip, a visit to the local area (lots of western history in this area), or an extended stay. This park provides good WIFI service to the residents of the park as well.
The family that owns this place was sooo nice! They helped me set up when I first arrived and then I had some issues and they helped locate some people in the area that could help me. I really appreciated them! It’s also located in a neat area!
The owners of this RV park are very nice. However, they do not live there but live in another town. There is no manager there either. There is no camp host. So they are unaware of what goes on there. There are some undesirable long term guess that take advantage of the situation. There is no supervision on them. I recently emailed the owners to let them know , but did not get a response.
This place is super clean and the owners are the absolute nicest people! We called them at the last minute and they were happy to accommodate us. There is a very clean bathroom and shower (one person at a time). They do not have a laundry, but there is a laundry next door. You are within walking distance of everything in the quaint little town. BE AWARE: the pictures posted are not of this RV park. There is not a view and the sites are very close.
