Be aware that the forest rangers actually operate out of the Welcome Center. That's where you pick up permits, etc. So one star for location accuracy but the rangers at the Welcome Center were great and it's a nice location with big parking lot, bathrooms, and a gift shop.

Leave it up to our own government to get the location of such an essential building absolutely wrong. Its actually located about a mile east on the opposite side of the street. They also will close early with no updates other than a note on the door so plan on being there inside of buisness hours by at least 1 hour.
