We love camping at Manapogo. Family owned and operated. All the staff are always so nice and helpful. There are always so many fun activities for kids and the whole family. The lake is beautiful. Campground is clean and kept nicely. The only thing we don't love is the pet policy but we make due since we love everything else!
My family and I really do like this campground however it’s a place that seems to have been set up for seasonal camping only. The “weekender” sites are very limited- maybe 15 total - and so tight. The roads to the sites are so small it’s difficult to get your camper in and out unless you have something under 20 feet or have a corner lot. The hardest part for us is the no walking your dog in the park rule. We have to put our little guy in a wagon or drive them to the designated dog potty and walking area which is behind the dumpsters so it’s super smelly. The lake is beautiful and the staff are kind. But due to the tight lots, we won’t be able to come back.
Always something fun for the kids to do whether that's the park, beach, water slide, raft, pickle ball, organized crafts, weekend events, or just grabbing a soft serve cone at the park store!
This place is awesome! The managers are very involved. There's always something for the kids to do. There's a beautiful beach right on Lake Pleasant, and fun for the whole family. I highly recommend this relaxing getaway!
We are seasonal campers here and love it! My husband camped here for 23 years as a child, so we knew some day we had to get back here. This will be our third season and we always look forward to getting back here. It's our home away from home. Staff and fellow campers all are so nice and it feels like a family here. This year more of our family is camping here so it makes it even better. Nice scenery, fun activities and a great beach to enjoy! Highly recommend this campground!
We've been seasonal for several years. This place is our second home and we've developed some of our closest friends here! Very family friendly and clean!
Excellent family campground. Catholic mass Memorial day through Labor Day at 7:15 pm Saturday evening.
They have lots of Activities, quiet time really nice and quite I will camp there again and the Security guard is so nice.
