The staff at Manor RV Park are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Not only are they kind but they are also knowledgeable and very helpful. The park itself is always clean. Plenty of places to deposit your pouches droppings. Lots of wild animals such as turkeys, elk, deer, and occasional black bear. It's the mountains guys you need to expect these things. I love this RV Park.
Visited Estes this summer and stayed here. We loved the location and the park was clean. Bathrooms and laundry was near by and garbages were just a short walk also. We had a back in spot next to the river and it was stunning and relaxing. Falling asleep to the sound of the water was the perfect end to our days in the nation park.
The camping spots are very close together, the spots are gravel and it is expensive for what it is. It is reasonably close to one of the Rocky Mountain Parks entrances. The owners would not give me my Good Sam discount because I didn't tell them I was a member before arrival. I would not stay here again.
This has been another amazing RV campground. We chose a River back in site 45. Amazing location to visit Rockies Mountains and Estes Park town. Sites are very quiet and park is well maintained. We were surprised by a family of cow Elk and her 2 herd visit twice on our week. I also used the laundry room and it has enough dryers (6) and 3 washing machines. Some sites have concrete table path. We were pretty much alone since it was back to school week. The week went so fast. I was not ready to leave such an amazing town, and a great Campground.
I'm not sure I can rate the rooms since we stayed in our trailer. Easy access to downtown but far enough away. Very clean and quiet campground. Right on the big Thompson river. Plenty of wildlife. Rocky mountain national park is just a few minutes away. They have a bunch of activities and coordinate a potluck and pancake breakfast. Check for dates. Family friendly. They have a couple of 🔥 pits on the property for guests to enjoy.
