Lovely little campground with a bar and grill that caters to atvers! Only stayed one night, but my sight was pretty and on the water, W/E and more than sufficient. The food was tasty (cheese curds-the yellow ones, and the prime rib dip were tasty). The bar was great company and I should’ve left there long before I did, but everyone was just so nice! The owners are extremely kind and welcoming. I can’t speak to the facilities, as I was only there one night, but the showers are quarter showers 🚿 which I’d say was the only downfall I noted. Just starting to get fall colors too!

My Wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Your in the woods but close to shopping for needs and it really is quite. We went to the Bar and grill and the food was delicious and the Beer cold, everyone was friendly but no one will bug you and I liked that. The Owners are great and they have a wonderful place to be proud of. Ty

A very nice, woodsy campground with a bar and grill. Our site was very spacious, tree covered, and surprisingly quiet on a busy holiday weekend. Very near to several lakes where we were able to kayak.

Nice campground, can't say enough about the owners and the other campers. We came on a Sunday afternoon on probably the hottest day of the year. There was a problem with our original site. We were going to make due, but our neighbors called the owners, and they came and offered us another site that fit our needs. Super nice people, working really hard to make this campground better. We will stay here again.

Disappointed and Sleepless: Know What You're Booking I’ve sat on this review for a while, hoping my reaction wasn’t just impulsive frustration. But after giving it some time and reflection, it’s clear: our experience here was genuinely terrible—and that’s a shame, because the owners seem like genuinely kind people. Unfortunately, their good nature has created an environment that feels more like it's taken advantage of than managed. The site is advertised as a campground, but it operates more like an outdoor bar scene with tent sites on the side. There are posted "quiet hours," but in our experience, those were anything but quiet. In fact, things only got rowdier as the night wore on. Music from the bar blasted until 2 a.m., and the crowd just kept growing—mostly UTV owners driving up and down the roads and through the campgrounds like it was a racetrack. Eventually, the crowd dispersed—but not quietly. And not respectfully. In our case, people actually drove through our tent site. Not just once, but multiple times. It was shocking and incredibly frustrating. The owners, who also run the bar, aren’t naive to what’s going on. They’re present. They’re working. So it’s not a matter of being unaware—just seemingly unwilling to put structure or boundaries in place. To be clear, the grounds themselves are beautiful and full of potential. The food at the bar was good. I have no issue with there being a bar on-site. But you can’t market a place as a campground if campers can’t reasonably expect sleep, safety, or basic respect for the space they’ve paid for. If it’s going to be a party spot, then call it that. Don’t charge premium camping rates for what amounts to sleeping next to a tailgate rally. This place needs to make a decision: are you a campground, or are you a bar with parking spots for tents? Because right now, it’s trying to be both—and doing neither well.
