Maple Haven Resort

Love this campground! Close to so many great places (Lost River Gorge is our favorite!) and so close to the highway. Camping spots are wonderful, especially the ones close to the stream. Staff was friendly and helpful. Honestly, the best bathrooms a campground could have. So clean and well lit. Showers were great too. We stayed in a cabin and it was quite lovely. ***Mattresses are simple covered foam, not comfortable, but expected. We brought air mattress covers and it was fine. Certainly not enough to change a stellar review. I highly recommend Maple Haven, it was wonderful!

We needed a place to camp last-minute and happened to drive by this place and give them a call. I'm glad we did. The staff was very friendly and informative. The campground is very well-kept and offers beautiful views of the mountains as well as Moosilauke Brook. There's a local pizza truck that's stationed there as well with phenomenal pizza. This is definitely one of our new favorite spots.

This is one of the places that I camp when I got hiking in Franconia Notch. It's a short walk to the restaurants in north Woodstock. The sites are semi private and there is a river to swim in. The camp store is stocked well but the best part is the ice cream stand they have! After hiking, nothing better than a good bowl of ice cream! There is a small breakfast restaurant on-site as well. I do know they have cabins but I have never stayed in them.

Great location. We are hikers and needed a place to stay last minute overnight. The host was very accommodating. The grounds were neat and clean. The facilities were also very clean. The campground was quiet at night. Our first ever experience at a campground and it was fantastic!!!!!

Stayed at site 37, absolutely BEAUTIFUL! This campground is located in a perfect spot, and this is my second year staying here, but I will be back for sure. Last year before I left I scoped out this spot and booked it as soon as I could in April, and I’m glad I did. Campground is well maintained and the staff is wonderful. Very kind, and as I was here alone, they were very thoughtful. Offered to move me the first night due to some flash flood warnings, but I knew I was safe and I wanted this spot. Bathrooms are clean, so are the showers. They have an indoor and outdoor shower option, which I prefer the outdoor one when camping. Little shop has everything you could need, and the maple ice cream is delicious. Wednesday night was quiet, neighbors moved in on Thursday and Friday, but the sites have enough trees between and distance enough to not feel crowded. Only a short drive to several of the 48 footers, and I bagged my first peak while here this year. Lovely campground, lovely people, lovely place. We’ll be back! Thank you!
