Maple Springs Campground: Preston, MN…..Site 113 This was just a quick stop overnight for us. The owners were amazing and allowed us late access to an available spot after 9pm. We appreciated the customized and friendly last minute service. There are shared water hookups and shared electricity hook ups. They are super close to Mystery Caves State Park. This little campground is a gem and dark sky’s with RV outside lights out at night. Coyotes and fox calls could be heard. Super well maintained landscaped we loved the way our fire pit was deeper into the woods and there are trails leading a little river/creek. The outhouse was clean and small but worked. They also had another main bathrooms and showers which we did not check out or use. For sure we will be back to this little quiet campground !! There are seasonal sites as well here.
Very nice, peaceful, well maintained, stayed for 4 days mid September. Will definitely be returning to do Forestville mystery cave next year. We went to Niagara cave and did a tour, very cool. Big spots with lots of room between campsites. Beautiful river views. Rented #110 & 109
Andy and the staff are Amazing people. We found this little gem of a place several years ago and we come every Labor Day weekend. My family and I couldn't ask for a more beautiful place to come to. Thank you for sharing this place with us! We won't miss coming here, any year. 🩷
We camped at Maple Springs in a tent and brought our dog along. What a great place. They even welcomed our dog in the Sunday morning church service. Can’t wait to go back with our camper and really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this beautiful valley. The hay wagon rides were not only fun but informative.
Great campground! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of sites with shade. The bath house is literally a house with full bathrooms and was very clean. Will definitely be coming back here
