🛶 **Introduction / Overview**
For Minnesota residents deeply rooted in the state’s rich culture of lake life and Northwoods recreation, **Marclay Point Resort** offers an exceptional blend of RV convenience and lakeside luxury on the shores of one of the region’s premier fishing and boating destinations: **Cass Lake**. Located on a private point in Allens Bay, the resort encompasses 25 acres of remarkably level, park-like grounds and boasts an extensive 2,000 feet of pristine lakeshore.
Marclay Point Resort is widely known among local campers and boaters for its unparalleled access to the water. With approximately 94 RV sites, most of which are **lakeside or lakeview**, and additional cabin rentals, the resort is designed to maximize the quintessential Minnesota lake experience. Its flat terrain eliminates the need for golf carts, allowing for easy access to the water from nearly every spot—a feature highly valued by campers. This location serves as the perfect launchpad for activities within the expansive **Chippewa National Forest**, making it a destination that appeals directly to the fishing enthusiast, the family seeking a sandy beach, and the RV owner demanding easy access and full amenities in a stunning waterfront setting.
While the resort is lauded for its physical features, including its protected marina and beautiful location, prospective visitors should be aware of past customer service concerns raised in recent public feedback, suggesting the on-site management experience can be inconsistent. Despite this, the resort's seasonal residents and dedicated patrons speak highly of the community feel and the irreplaceable natural setting.

Do not stay here!!!! The owners are beyond rude. They don’t want to be here. Steve would rather drink beer than do anything around the resort. It's an inconvenience to take care of his campers. They have two bath houses, but don't open them up, because either they are too lazy to clean them and/or to cheap buy toilet paper!!! The seasonal renters pretty much run and maintain this place. They used to have summer help run the resort (a young couple and then Pati's son). They were great. The previous owners were phenomenal. There is a reason the resort is for sale and has been for several years. 1 star is too much for this place. Do not ruin your vacation by staying here.
You can search all over and never find a rv park like this. You're able to see the water from every site, its flat no need for a golf cart,it has a protected harbor with boat slips and friendly campers.
Stayed 3 weeks, nice people, nice resort, New couple owning the resort and they seem that they really want to make it work and work well. We will come back.
Been coming for 17 years. Never disappointed. And this year discovered Pattys famous homemade Pizza. Amazing
Rude on phone. Tried to call before 10pm to see if there was any availability and their response was do you know what it is? You would think if they didn't want to bothered after certain time they would have an answering machine or voice mail. Unprofessional.
