Beautiful park with large trees, spacious pad sites (that accommodate any size RV) with many on the lake or with lake view. It is in a gated community with 2 swimming pools, a great playground, boat dock and an 18 hole golf course and another pool and grill in the adjoining neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife. We’ve been going there for 12 years and love it so much we leased a site so we can come and go more often. A great pavilion with bands and activities on holiday weekends. Amazing sunrises across the lake. Avon’s available. The staff at the gate and office are very friendly and helpful. A great family oriented place to camp. .
I literally have been camping at Marina Village for 50 years! My father became a member in 1975 and it's a much LOVED place in our family! It's Lake Livingston's best kept secret! Deer roaming around, Bald Eagles and Pelicans in the Bay. Swimming pools and a great Community Center with dances and weddings, etc! Beautiful clean bathrooms and I could not feel any safer there than I do when camping alone! I call this my Happy Place. The BEST thing about this campground is that you have a place to camp that is NOT closely padded like other campgrounds. You have SPACE for your dogs to enjoy and a place to sit and enjoy the lake. We now have 4 generations camping at the resort! Linda Unger
We have been camping here for twelve years. We bought our camper and came here for our first outing. We loved it so much we have never been to another park. I don’t know if the views are what we love, the people you meet here, or the wildlife. All of this lured us in and kept us. The camping group here is like a big family! We loved it so much we’ve been leasing here for 3 years going on 4. The pad sites are so roomy. You don’t walk out your door and run into your neighbor’s camper! Our child is grown, but it fills my heart to hear children running around playing and riding their bikes. We have a beautiful playground. On holidays, we have dances and activities! The staff is always willing to help campers. If you have company, there are log cabins. Most sites have a beautiful view of the lake. There are two pools. A creek with benches to sit while fishing. There is access to the golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts. We are located within a gated community. We have our own park access gate. We also have gated camper storage. I encourage you to give us a try! You will not regret it. Who knows. . . you just might end up joining our beautiful park or better yet LEASING with us.
If you are looking for a quiet, hidden little gem where you can escape the city bustle and relax with nature, this is the place! We have been camping here for over 25 years, and consider this our second home. Lake! Nature! Trees! Deer! Pools! Fun! We love this place!
In approximately 2010, our best friend invited us to camp at MVR with him. He knew we loved camping and he wanted us to experience MVR with his family during the holidays. Well, one weekend of holiday festivities (especially the dance at the pavilion!) and we were hooked! We decided MVR was where we wanted to camp and ultimately bought our own membership in 2012 and have been coming here ever since! A couple of years ago we decided to lease at MVR. Leasing has proven to be a great decision for us. It allows us to camp much more often because our camper is already all set up and waiting for us! I cannot say enough good things about MVR. It is our happy place. It is the one place we can go to truly relax and recharge. The park is beautiful and so well kept. It is extremely family-oriented and always has so many fun events planned for the kids. We have loved making memories with our girls and grandson at MVR over the years and look forward to making many more. Besides all the wonderful amenities the park has to offer, we have to say that the best part of MVR is the members. We have made so many great friends here who we now call our lake family and we look forward to seeing everyone every time we pull into the park (this includes the awesome staff and board members as well!). We truly love MVR and everything it has to offer. We can never get back there soon enough! We hope to see you all soon at the campgrounds! We are now leasing!!! Invite your friends to call Marina Village Resort home! Whether you're looking for a weekend retreat or a new place to call home, Marina Village offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Marina Village Resort is a premier, all-inclusive RV community located at the north end of beautiful Lake Livingston. You can weekend camp at MVR and MVR offers full-time RV site leases! Enjoy lakeside living with access to exclusive amenities, including a private marina, 2 crystal blue pools, basketball court, playgrounds, plenty of fishing opportunities, deer and nature watching, and even an on-site church with service every Sunday, plus so much more!
