Mark Twain Lake Jellystone Park

We stayed in the cabins near the lake, and had a great time! First, yes, they are hard to reach on the phone, but likely because they are taking such great care of people in person- which was the case with us. The staff were all wonderful and kind. One of the gals working in the snack shop went out of her way to help us. We loved riding the golf cart around, and loved the water park. The boys especially loved the bounce pad and mini golf. Our cabin was clean and as advertised- and the loft area was bigger than expected which was great for our two rambunctious boys. A great time all around!

General manager is so hateful & bad at her job. Steve made the experience better! But the cabins were so bad. Bubbles on the walls, wallpaper peeling off, stains on the sheets, trim missing, cabin does not look like pictures at all, toilet is tilted, hole in the bathroom door, window screens are busted out, breaker keeps tripping even after they came down multiple times. The bathroom floor is literally falling in. We had to deal with 90 degree weather. The park just looks trashy. Trash literally everywhere. Boards missing from the cabin. Grill bottom is falling out & the other two are propane one is tilted falling over. The menu prices online are wrong and really so is everything else. Get more employees like Steve.

Thank you Jellystone team for a fantastic labor day weekend!! We appreciate your hard work and service. My family and I had a GREAT time RV camping! We met Yogi and boo-boo, went swimming at the Waterpark, and did many activities. I felt the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend for family fun!! We will be back.

We booked a trip here with our family of 4. We were under the impression there would be miniature golf, laser tag, water wars, a water park, and a jump pillow. We stayed Wednesday through Saturday morning and the only item that was available was the miniature golf. The most disappointing thing was that the waterpark is only open Saturday and Sunday from 10-3. We were never told this when booking and nothing is listed on the website. We came specifically for that. Then laser tag, water wars, the jump pillow were unavailable. We spent our 2 full days swimming in the small pool and fishing. The miniature golf course was fine, but the liter and the lack of care was frustrating from a customer perspective, especially when we frequently saw employees standing around, driving around on golf carts with no care for the campground. We also had to use buckets on the mini golf course to make the stream carry our ball on one hole. At least they left the buckets for us! There is a ton of potential at this campground....but they need to start taking care of it ASAP. Also don't come on any day other than Saturday and Sunday...because all the promises are not up and running.

My family and friends had a great time. Just know going into this that you are essentially camping with budget resort like amenities. The Waterpark was great and very happy it was included in the nightly price. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I feel like there could have been a bit more effort overall from the resort. The kitchen hours weren't posted, it seemed to close during the day when the water park was open, some events didn't go as planned (foam party) but you shouldn't really book a place like this for the events. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it.
