This is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The final straw was no cheese on Big Mac. No matter what you get here, it tastes old, stale, and cold. Every time I would go, I'd pray to the McDonald's God that my bun wasn't hard and something I ordered was edible. I need a new God. -- noticed i got views on this review and it's 3/4/25, just want to reiterate, DO NOT GO HERE. I know it sucks to go to the one on dupont bc traffic, but please do not allow this McDonald's to continue running. How to you mess up 100% processed food that all you have to do is reheat it 🫠 +++ why are you guys (employees) so unhappy. Get a new job. Freaking no cheese and bigmac sauce on a freaking 8$++ BIGMAC meal. That's insane

Have ordered breakfast from this McDonald’s like 11+ times. ALWAYS ordering the same meal for myself and my one year old son. About 7 out the 11+ times I have ordered I have had to drive back up there for missing items or for the wrong item. Or had to make breakfast for my son/myself cause something’s been missing. When I have gone up there to have the order fixed it’s been nothing but hell trying to get the items. I don’t know if people are slacking off, not paying attention, etc. but today is the last time we will be ordering anything from this establishment. If you can’t do your job then leave and if you don’t know how to do the job and do it right then don’t take the job. It clealry says scrambled eggs (for my son) on this recipe and I didn’t get it for whatever reason but I got everything else including the drink. Makes no sense.

I know that no one goes to McDonalds for a great meal. At its best it is fast food when you don’t have time for literally anything else. This was so much more horrible than any other McDonalds visit ever. I ordered a Big Mac small fries and a coke. The fries were cold and soggy, but the Big Mac was inedible. There was only one tiny beef patty, lettuce and tons of sauce on a stale bun. I would have taken it back but I was already a few miles away. I guess I should be grateful. This McDonalds has made me a little healthier by swearing me off McDonalds for ever

The last 3 times I have been there I had to wait, first 2xs 1 sandwich Mc double the only thing I ordered then the 3rd time I was at the drive thru speaker waited 10 mins for someone to take my order while the other lane people were steady being help. I will not be back to this location.

This McDonald’s is horrible! They are unprofessional and keep getting orders wrong. Driver through order taker had me sitting for 5-8 minutes without asking for a moment and put my order in wrong. Ordered a certain sandwich and they gave me the wrong one & then I’m waiting over 15 minutes for my correct sandwich.
