Great new campground/RV Park just outside downtown Akeley. Fred and Laurie are wonderful people. They are building a TeePee - that will be for rent next summer. Come and check this place out if you need an up north getaway.
We absolutely love McGregor. The sites are clean and spacious and the beach is conveniently close. Our dogs were welcomed by all. We are looking forward to another stay before the summer season is over.
Excellent place to stay! Nice and close to the lake, playground, beach, and atv trails. Fred is a great host as well! Highly recommend!
