Very nice campground with pit toilet & nearby falls & creek. Road in (FS-2010) could really stand to be graded. It's horrifically filled with washboard for 1.8 miles from the pavement.
Minus 1 star due to the terrain. We got sedans, SUVs & minivans riding through over the speed limit throwing dust around. It’s dusty. Next to riverfront. Not much privacy. Trees are sporadic. Chipmunks are not shy. Cell reception is good. No water. Vault toilets but no shower.
Lovely place to camp. $15 per vehicle. We went on a weeknight, but definitely get reservations for weekends or multiple days. Gorgeous little creek running through the site with some western columbines growing along it. Be aware that people feed chipmunks here. They are bold and will walk right up to your plate. They're hella cute but you shouldn't feed wildlife.
Nice dry camp sites with several on the creek. No potable water, so make sure you bring your own.
Gorgeous primitive fee campground in a great location by a waterfall with a swimming hole and a hiking/biking/horse trail that leads to other swimming holes and the natural water slide, The Paulina Plunge. Fun place for families. The dirt road to get there is pretty bad. Doable but not enjoyable in a camping vehicle. Nice fire pits. Sites cost $18 per night, with a possible $9 fee for each extra vehicle and are available for online reservation or first come first served.
