We are writing to offer our praise and appreciation for the Staff and Facilities of Meadowlark Mobile Home & RV Park on Prospect Avenue in Middletown, RI. Meadowlark has been our Summer getaway for several years, and is always a high point of the Summer. The location is ideal: on a leafy tree-lined street that has the feel of a quiet country town, it's just a mile and half to Second (Sachuest) Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the East Coast – and that's from folks who have been regular visitors to beaches in North Carolina, New Jersey and Long Island. The staff at Meadowlark make it a perfect stopping place, since they are always helpful and ready to assist with any needs or projects that crop up around the RV. There is never a problem with water or electric, and accommodations like the laundry room make for a convenient stay. We’re already looking forward to Summer 2025!

Quiet, super nice residents, welcoming to visitors. Only electric, water hydrant reachable with 100 feet hose. Cramped like sardines. Layout is horrible. Grounds are ok. Laundry far away but clean. 3.50 wash and .25 cents dryer type (ppm). Opened year round. There is no shower facility. The location is perfect . Would recommend if visiting Newport. Cost almost 500/week. 50 amp.

We stayed at Meadowlark in May 2024 for 5 days. Diane was a awesome person to deal with... Upon arrival we learned that somehow we lost our propane tank cover. 🤨 Only to have Diane tell us... "I think we have one of those laying around here that you can have." It was a perfect fit. Thanks Diane... and thanks to Joe who was there at our departure, and went on the hunt to find said cover as Diane was off that day. We just stayed for a 2nd time in Sept 2024 for 8 days. It's a great park if you're looking to be near several beaches for a coastal vacation. If ever in RI again, this is our choice. Thanks again Meadowlark!

Very nice RV Park. Office people are very helpful. They give you a packet,with all kinds of emergency info for police, fire, hospital, rv repair, vet, etc. It contains maps and things to do in the area. Reasonably priced, for the area. We were there for 2mth and had no problems. Would highly recommend.

Diana and Joe runs clean, and user friendly park, even for guests when their tenant is at work. I’ve seen a lot of parks all over the country and this one is a gem, especially coupled with two great people like them. Thanks for all of the info and help last month!
