Medford Oaks RV Park

This is a private family, owned park. Very well taken care of. Owners/Management are humble and I was greeted with kindness. July 2023 was my first experience at this park. It is a great family RV park, that also has cabins for rent. This park is very family/pet oriented, with lots of awesome outdoor activities for kids (and the kid that is still in the adult) and also offers a variety of activities including a fishing pond, basketball hoops, horseshoe pits, clean swimming pool with a slide, has a little market where you can purchase sodas& snacks, showers, covered gazebos, large covered BBQ area that could also be used for multiple purposes, for larger gatherings?, a rec room with board games, books etc. Easy pull thru RV spaces that include water and electricity hookups, also has an onsite dump station for emptying your gray/black tanks. The RV site prices are reasonable, and there were no additional fees for the dump station or outdoor activities. There were no night parties or loud music, and my neighbors were respectful and even offered to help me set up. I will definitely be camping here again.

Made a reservation. Paid deposit. Wasnt able to show up and owners charged me for a week that id didnt stay.. FRAUD.. DO NOT STAY HERE

Clean and quiet. Nice place to stay when on a job. The 1 vehicle rule is kind of strange, $270.00 a week doesn't get your second vehicle in the visitors parking, it gets you in the overflow parking, which is quit a walk. One last thing please replace your flag at the front entrance. The American Flag deserves better.

Our second stay at this park. Wonderfully kind staff, great pool to cool off on summer days. Turkeys, deer, and other wildlife roam the park. On the other hand, the sites are not level and the wifi rarely works. There are very few spots with sewer hook ups so they have a guy come out and empty your grey and black tanks twice a week. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Very nice place to stay. We were in a cabin. The only complaint I have about the cabin is the bed, on the lower bunk. It was a somewhat skinny mattress on a sheet of plywood. It was very hard and uncomfortable to lay on. Had back and hip pain for at least a week after we got home. Other than that we had a very nice enjoyable stay. Nice walking paths with my dog. Would stay there again.
