I was traveling with an expensive payload so I didn't want to stay at a hotel and risk theft so I decided to sleep in my truck at a campground. Unbeknownst to me, they have awesome little cabins that are way cheaper than a hotel. The staff was so friendly I wanted to give her a hug. Fire pit, BBQ grill, microwave.....Just make sure to have a blanket and a pillow. No more hotels for me, I'm staying at a KOA on a budget

This area is beautiful. The grounds are very well kept and so clean! For it to be by the interstate I thought it would be different. But I was very pleased to see it's absolutely beautiful!!! You can tell the workers care about this property. The nachos were delicious and the staff was the sweetest. We will for sure return for those reasons.

We spent one night in December. All of the sites were waterlogged, they had rain. But there were huge potholes and puddles everywhere. The gravel had not not been replenished. Does not look like the grounds have been taken care of. We all had muddy shoes. Our dog was muddy. Our trailer was muddy. Very disappointing. We did enjoy the dinner that they brought our trailer.

Super friendly staff and very accommodating. Nice sized RV sites with shade and room between you and your neighbor. It is next to a major highway and a train, but neither bothered me. The location is about 20 minutes outside of Memphis so you have easy access to entertainment, restaurants and activities. It had been raining quite a bit when I arrived so the roads and many RV sites had standing water. There is a nice space to exercise your dog as well as a dog park with agility equipment and poop bags.

We liked the location, highway noise was a bit much but they offer complimentary earplugs and let you know about the highway and train noise. They offer delivery dinner/lunch options, have lots of amenities and a well stocked little store. The showers can use a good deep cleaning but overall it was a nice comfortable site to stay at for the night.
