The campground is not kept up with and is overgrown with weeds. My family didn't even want to enjoy a camp fire because walking out to the pit normally resulted in chiggers. Tree limbs directly next to our camper was also an issue. Not our land so we shouldn't have to take care of these issues ourselves.
Menagerie Campground is a great place. The owner put off a great fireworks show for all of her tenets and friends. She also put on a feed like no other!!! Thank you Kathy Burgess , you are the best!!!
Very friendly for all including pets! Quiet and clean which made it even better for a relaxing trip.
Always a blast when I go down to visit, ans love that it's centralized to a lot of things close by
