This is NOT an official USFS campground. That was some years ago. Camping still allowed here on the old site. NO facilities, no water no vault toilet no trash dumpster. Expect lots of company and little privacy as the six sites are wedged together in circle. Many people know about this site and it is right on the highway so it is still very popular because of its convenience and it it free/no charge.

Beautiful overlooks, and infrequently trafficed. The road in and several vehicles pads are paved. However, there arent many clear spaces for tent pads or an available water source. Road to the campsites is inconspicuous, and easily missed. Cant really complain about a free campsite though!

Very quite..only a few camping spots but in a beautiful area..restrooms are a mile away so best have your own..
