I give this Hotel 5 stars. This was an emergency stay and the staff accommodated our crazy trip like it was normal lol. We stayed 2 days here, was very quiet and the room was clean. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at [Hotel Name]. The room was absolutely infested with ladybugs, making it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. Additionally, there were noticeable stains on the bedding, which was both unsightly and unsanitary. Upon asking my family was told a suite was available but it would be an additional charge. My family decided that it was better to just drive home and no refund or anything has been offered. It's disheartening to encounter such poor conditions at a place that should provide a comfortable and clean environment for guests. I hope that the hotel management will take immediate steps to address these issues and improve the overall quality of their accommodations.
It was close to the destination we were trying to get to, but it was a terrible experience. First, guy at the front desk gives a key to my room, which has myself and 9 year old daughter, to another couple and they came walking into my room while my daughter and I were eating. Then the toilet sometimes ran and wouldn’t stop, then the shower just kept dripping, then the sink was very stopped up, the tv would only show a single tv channel (we tried fixing it but it didn’t work) and the fact that they can’t do much as refund or discount if you pre pay is just garbage. Worst experience so far.
We try to stay here every time we come to Bryson City. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It's close to Cherokee and the Smoky Mountains National Park. The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back.
This place is a hidden gem. So quiet and peaceful. Service was excellent. I highly recommend for travelers with dogs, such as myself. Would stay again.
