I recommend staying here while you’re in the Franklin area. Annette F. (in the AM) was fantastic! We were welcomed warmly when something came up and we needed to check in early. She took time to make arrangements so that we could check in early and was able to work some magic to save us quite a bit of $$ - she even upgraded us at no charge! The room was nice and clean, and we were treated like family (including our pups) during our stay. It really enhanced our vacation! It was central to everything and lots of restaurants/fast food for ordering in if you wish (they do allow your delivery person to bring to your room). Thank you, Annette! We won’t stay anywhere else on our next trip to Franklin!

My husband and I stayed overnight with 2 dogs. The hotel and rooms were very clean, tidy, and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The cost was reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful Stay Thanks to Amazing Service! My husband and I had an incredible experience and it was largely due to the fantastic service we received from Annette on day shift at the front desk. We came off the trail and were early but, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome and valued. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a relaxing stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel and want to give a special shoutout to Annette for making our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be returning!

Reserved online for handicapped accessible room and day of arrival got a call that accessible room wasn't available and no compensation for inconvenience. When arrived they did have a handicapped room available with no explanation of why the phone call. Room was nice but walls are thin so you hear babies crying and loud noise. Our sink always was backed up and barely drained. I was very surprised at seeing porno stations available on the satellite TV guide. The breakfast served didn't have but waffles and toast. No eggs, meat or fresh fruit. People were nice, friendly, helpful and aside from minor problems it was okay.

Difficult to find entrance, Room was clean and bed was comfortable, but small with 2 beds and no comfortable chair. Bathroom toilet was cramped for space for big people like me. Breakfast was limited with lukewarm coffee and uncomfortable dining area. Checked in on Sat afternoon, and staff (Front Desk "Nettie") was very friendly and helpful. Sunday morning different staff (Front Desk) was loud and not as friendly. At check out, Front Desk was not able to give me a receipt. Acted like I was a problem. Probably will not return.
