The location was convenient and I felt safe. The staff was nice. Clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was a bonus with a variety to choose. My weekend stay went well and It was of great value to come here!
Nice hot water comfy beds. Breakfast was nice they had a machine that made fresh pancakes. They were yummy. They even let my dog stay for only $25.
I think some of these reviewers must have stayed in a different hotel. From the moment we got out of the car we were hit with the strong smell of pot. Ashtrays/trash cans next to the entrance were overflowing. The receptionist was friendly and polite. The lobby was dark and dingy, as was the hall to the room. The room was awful. The TV was on and the microwave had time left on it when we arrived, the window didn't close fully and didn't lock (we were on the ground floor), and the sheets had crumbs and what looked like blood on them, the carpets were gross, the furnishings were old and falling apart, the bathroom had mold in/on all the caulk, and overall it was just horrible. We actually walked out and sacrificed the cost for the night as we didn't feel safe physically or otherwise.
Literally one of the worst places I've EVER stayed. First off one of the ladies at the front desk was super rude, we found cockroaches in our room and when I went to report it no one was at the front desk. The shower is either boiling hot or freezing. I had someone banging on my door and when I went to check nobody was there. Plus the sheet and bed are stained and absolutely disgusting!
My tv didn’t work and I didn’t mind. But they insisted I take a new room. Breakfast is good too. It’s centrally located in holland for whatever your needs may be. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly. I will be staying another night.
