IT WAS CLEAN---QUIET----AND EVERYONE WAS SO HELPFUL! The staff were very friendly with our dachshund! We got extra towels w/no problem. The place looks almost new and we got some good travel advice and dining tips for the area. The yard is maintained so well, and probably is the best grass yard we have ever seen at a hotel!

The room had obviously not been cleaned before I arrived. The toilet had not been flushed. There were obvious stains on the couch cushions that had been wiped up with tissue (there were little pieces of tissue left). I found nail clippings in the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I will never stay at this hotel again.

I booked a suite here and it was very unsatisfactory. First of all I specifically requested a room with a whirlpool bathtub and did not get it. Additionally my room wreaked of smoke and the pull out couch had dog hair on it. I also ran out of hot water for my shower in 10 minutes. I went to the front desk with my concerns and was told I could not get a new room. The hotel has done nothing to fix this situation even after I filed a complaint.

Do not go there unless it’s free! The room and the bathroom were dirty! We ear the neabors mobile vibration and everything they say! The continental buffet miss so many things and the juice machine and pancake were broke, the bagel were hard as Wood… I dont not recommand at all! We had pay 255$ for a night! It is frustating !!!!

The room was fine. There were no hot items for breakfast, but it did open at 5am, which was convenient for an early departure.
