Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warsaw

I was looking for a last-minute hotel at 11PM during a winter storm with my family. This hotel easily found us an available room so we could rest after a long day. Their breakfast hours are flexible and I love that they have coffee all day and night!

Nice place. Rooms were good sized & clean. My husband enjoyed the running machine & loved making his own waffles. The only issue we had is the light in the room. There is only one and it was so bright. I would suggest that you put in reading lights over the beds or @ least put in a dimmer switch for your current set up. Other than that I was pleased & would stay again.

Visiting family at the holidays with pets is always challenging. Coming to this Microtel and being welcomed by excellent and courteous front desk staff to kind and helpful housekeeping staff made our stay the relaxing space we needed. I highly recommend this location for those that are looking for a clean, safe, friendly oasis during long trips.

I completed my prearrival check-in on 9/9/2024, and hotel approved my request for a quiet room. However, significant noise disturbances were coming from the room next to mine (201), room number 203. The television volume from their room is extremely loud, particularly during the late evening hours, preventing my wife and me from getting a peaceful sleep. At mid night 12:30 am, I called the front desk, Brooke came up to knock the door of room 203, but nobody opened the door. At 2:30am, I finally went down to the desk in my complain, Brooke came up again to knock the door 203, but still nobody opened the door, Brooke said construction worker lived inside. Around 3:00am, Brooke help changed to room 211. But due to the disturbance, we couldn’t sleep anymore. The next morning, when I checked out, the front desk said construction worker in room 203 always did that. I filed a complaint for money back, the Hotel responded my Case# 08227146 has been resolved. I asked what was the resolution, Hotel never responded.

Beware of what you book with this place. The rooms are nice but its not gonna matter when they "upgrade" you down from a room with two queens to a single bed. When i asked them to change it was stated that the manager instructed the employees not to move any more than they already had. Asked for sheets to get put on the pullout for my colleagues and that was not done. Not really to be trusted.
