Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Zephyrhills

I had to stay here with me and my girl for a business/getaway. I can say my hotel stay was relaxing and comfortable. The housekeeping always made sure my room was clean for the time I was here. The hotel overall is clean always someone making sure it stays clean you have front desk clerks cleaning around the clock to make sure when you get enter that the hotel looks presentable which it did when we checked in and also smell nice walking in. The front desk was a breeze Kelly who checked me in very informative on the Wyndham rewards and promotions. Everyday that I have stayed the front desk is always friendly you have a great staff the girl with the glasses always smiling and ready to help. The night time girl I think Crystal very friendly and helpful always cleaning and restocking the coffee area. You have a great team there keep up the great work! Look forward to coming back again!

My stay here was exceptional! The people in the front desk especially Kelly goes above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. She is very informative. The other front desk staff also are great!! When getting to my room it was clean and cozy housekeeping did there job! Keep up the great work! Will be returning again soon!

I love how close everything is, a Walmart and McDonald’s in the same plaza. The continental breakfast was really good and saved us some money from having to get breakfast as a family of 5. They provide coffee, tea, water, and hot chocolate 24/7. We didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather but it was really clean and nice looking. The only thing that kept me from giving them an overall 5 stars were the floors in our room were dirty and made our feet black if we walked barefoot. The staff was friendly and I would definitely come back again.

Three cheers for Kaitlynn the manager! Outstanding customer service and follow though. She helped me resolve a double billing issue over more than a month (which had nothing to do with her or her staff). The customer service that she provided would have been outstanding even when customer service was a business priority! It is out of this world exceptional in today's me first, entitled, cry-baby culture. Thanks a million Katlynn. You rock!

Staff is amazing, helpful, they go above and beyond within there means. Rooms are clean, sheets are clean and crisp. Walmart is within walking distance. Dollar tree is also within walking distance. Restaurants are close by. There is bowling and a movie theater down the road.Breakfast is hot and fresh. Would definitely recommend for a stay.
