This was the cleanest RV park I've been to. The bathroom looked and smelled clean. The laundry/sink area were well kept. The grounds had some dog poop in certain areas, but that responsibility is on the dog owners. I loved the private bathrooms with full showers. The water pressure was great, and the hot water wasn't boiling hot. People kept them decently clean. The laundry room was cozy, and the loads were reasonably priced. The laundry room also had two industrial-sized sinks for washing dishes, which was helpful for washing big pots and pans. They offer the sinks because the park doesn't have water hookups during the winter. Markham (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) was very helpful and accommodating.
We stayed 3 nights here and it was well worth it! First we reserved just an electric hookup because that's all he said they had but when we got there, he gave us a full hook up sight that opened up. Staff is friendly. The showers were clean and the laundry room was too. Even has a little dish washing area. Was very peaceful.
Great place, easy in and out. Marcus is a welth of knowledge and eager to assist can't say enough good things it might sound contrived. Bring your fishing pole and license you're in some of the best fishing Colorado has to offer
We stayed overnight in a full hookup site. We got lost trying to find this place, and someone from the park actually drove to where we were, and guided us to the park. How is that for service! Very quiet, even with the highway close by. All in all a nice place with great customer service.
Haven't finished out my stay at the time of review. This isn't a bad little park. If you want some big sprawling rv park though, this isn't it. Gravel spots, only about half of them are full hook up. Situated cozily down in between the hills by the river. Active staff, there's almost always someone out doing something. There is a bit of trash about, but this is a windy area and this park has been here for a while. As in some of the signs are faded and wind blown, and damaged by the cold and sand. It sure does have character! 😁 I've been treated well during my stay. Had to start out in an electric only site, the manager brought up that he had one full hook up spot available part way through my stay and got me moved to it for the remainder. It feels a bit rustic and modern at the same time, personally, I love it!
