Convenient location. People were nice, much more friendly then next door. Office was closed all day Sunday. Gravel everything except the very front of park. Lots of trees! Easier entrance than rv Park next door. 90% drive thru spaces. I'm 56' front nose to tail I fit without having to drop hitch for a 1 night stay! And still had room for our suv. Roads seemed tight when scouted before coming in but I was able to maneuver okay. All dirt and gravel roads. Very bumpy. I have extremely low clearance. So far okay. We will see when I leave. 3 bathrooms/shower stalls total. They were clean. Laundry $1.75/load w/d each. I have a remodeled vintage RV, it was okay here, remodel build date of 2015. But they say nothing over 2002 for monthly in their paperwork.
Nice older park, very clean, lots of large trees for shade. Seth the park manager is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. If in the area I would definitely stay again.
We liked this RV Park in Vacaville, CA. It’s an “urban” kind of RV Park. Most of the sites here are long term residents. Some of the residents work at Travis Air Force Base. There are trees and shade, but no grass, all gravel. Lots of very big rigs here. Sites are level and pull-through, very close to each other, but it all works. The big rigs are new and well-cared for, but there are some smaller, very old, dilapidated RV’s that are falling apart. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean, just like home. The laundry is very nice and also clean. There is a small playground and a small pool that looks clean. The internet is a bit slow, but otherwise works. The one thing we didn’t have that virtually all other campgrounds provide is a picnic table. That would have been nice. One thing that is off-putting is a rig that has a big display of the American flag along with the Confederate Flag. Most campgrounds prohibit signs, flags, or any kind of display that could be considered offensive. We’ve actually stayed at campgrounds where a new camper arrived with a similar display with a Confederate flag, and the new campers hardly had it in the air before the campground shut it down. Obviously, the display of the Confederate Flag by a camper does not necessarily reflect the views of the owner/manager of the campground, but when it’s not shut down, a racist vibe lingers in the air.
RV park is nice and conveniently located between Davis and Vacaville. The park has amenities, 4 washer and 4 dryers on site, pool, dog park and a garden.
Nice and easy check-in and parking. Mostly longer term people, but all seemed nice and quiet.
