I love thus place more and more everyday. The owners are great people very honest and very helpful. The staff is amazing. The hotel is spotless as so is the museum is so old western it's like traveling back to the good ole days. It's like you can walk down the street and be in the early 1900's and there could be a gun fight right in front of the saloon. Since new ownership they've been working there tails off getting everything up to the new owners standards. The owners run a tight and respectable place and if you need to get away and love the old west book a weekend or a week and come see what the hype is all about.

This is a great place to get away from any hustle and bustle! It is set up as an old western town in the mountains. Beautiful Scenery! I felt like I could touch the stars! The Hotel is very clean with beautiful decor! It is a Saloon Style Hotel, very cool! There are movies to watch, but no TV! You don't need it, though! Great place to Stay! Would definitely recommend!

This is a hidden treasure in the southwest hills of Colorado. Currently, I believe it may be up for sale soon, but we were lucky enough to get to stay here on our way out and back from Cortez. I can not tell you what a real piece of country heaven is , especially because your phones won't work. If you believe in UFOs (or don't) there's a pretty good chance you will see some unusual activity. I did. Steven Greer would love this place. Wonderful hospitality by the caretakers and a bit of real old western. Btw there is a hotel there with rooms named after famous gun men & women, a museum and a restaurant. If you have a few more bucks to flip, skip the hotel and rent the multi-million dollar cabin that will blow your mind.

Under new ownership and is beautiful. The new owner is very polite and outgoing for her costumers. The hotel is gorgeous, puts in the knowledge about the old west. The saloon is great. You could play pool, watch tv, eat, or just sit and relaxed. It is so beautiful and the new owners are wonderful.

This is a quaint Cow Town, not just facades, but well-built buildings. Very authentic details. Aluminum ceiling in the saloon. Authentic old carriages in the Livery Stable, the hearse used into the "Tombstone" movie and chariot used in Ben-Hur movie, plus many more. Hotel is very well decorated. Amazing woodwork throughout. RV park is open by limited reservations. Everything else is just for show. Beautiful bar in Saloon with etched glass and incredible wall mural. Fully stocked Gift Shop, you can only look, nothing for sale. Cow Town is 14 miles West of Sauagche, CO. Rustic setting. Lovely. Peaceful. Walting for a good manager.
