Definitely worth the drive in to the canyon! This was a beautiful and quiet camp. Camping spots are well spaced for a peaceful experience. Very peaceful and open. Great place for kids with the open space. Places to dirt bike and ATV. Owls and bats, beautiful stargazing!

Camped there for 5 days, the bathroom wasn't worth using, watched people walk to it and walk away even my boy said it was nasty, the flies, deer flies (biting) are horrible and was a lot of spiders also but didn't seem to bother you, placed fly traps they were full within an hour, it is a secluded place to get away from people not many know about it, try it for yourself though
