SCAM RV & $25K CONTEST!!!! I don't know how these people got my cell number. For roughly 6 months they have called twice a week or so to inform me that I have won! I blew it off till finally I had enough and curiosity bit me. I called them back at the number told on my messages only to get "not our regular business hours". So, I googled their resort number, the lady gave me their very odd hours. Gave em a call at the right time & this lady said I hadn't won anything and that I would have to come down to the resort and I would be given a pin# to unlock the RV... if it's the right pin#. This is the same scam BS dealerships used to pull. Here's a hint, nobody will get the right pin# to win anything. It's all a ploy to get you to visit their "resort". Also, it's not a resort at all, ITS A CAMPGROUND!

We have a membership at Millbrook. We are paying a monthly loan to pay for said membership. We have had it for years with no late or missed payments. This past year my husband got a new debit card and he forgot that the Millbrook payment came off that card. We received ZERO phone calls from them. We received ZERO letters in the mail asking us why we weren't paying our monthly fee. No notice, no nothing. Until OUR ENTIRE FAMILY started getting collections phone calls. Not only did they turn us over to collections for the remainder left on our account but they are trying to say we didn't pay our yearly maintenance dues, which were paid in August or September of 2023. Now Millbrook won't return any of my calls. I 100% do NOT recommend getting a membership with them. Their customer service is severely lacking. The kicker is, we are hardly ever there and have gone full seasons without even setting foot on the property. Aren't those the people you want to hang on to? You know, the ones who never bother you and just keep giving you money. If I could I'd give them ZERO stars to represent all the phone calls they were kind enough to give us.

This is a scam . they called me multiple times saying i am a finalist to win a brand new truck. I fell for it and went in an all it was 1 hour speech how you should buy there membership. They told me at the end i won a samsung watch and it would be in mail within a week, now its been over a month and no watch. you call the number and says its after hours or they’re busy . huge scam i wish i could give it ZERO stars!

We became members at Millbrook about 9 months ago and have just recently got to stay here. We stayed in the luxury villa located in between the office and pool. First, if you have a larger family, you need to consider the size of the villas (if they will individually accommodate your family size). Since this was our first visit we were a little unaware of this. So, there was an adjustment that needed to take place due to the reduction in space and in our case, sharing a sleeping space with a young toddler. They do offer cabins which have a little more space but for bigger families it'd probably be best to use two cabins (four of them are joined together; i.e. cabins 1 & 2 and cabins 3 & 4 are combined as one building but two separate living spaces). Second, I was unaware that the villas and cabins do not have Internet (not a big deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of time). I think this helps focus on the outdoor style/ life while staying here. The pond is nice and you can fish basically all day/ night. There is some plant life in the pond that can snag your fishing line if you're not careful but fun nonetheless. The pool area is nice. It is heated and indoors. The pool is quite large and is open for as long as the office is open (closed on Tuesday's). The boats are fine. The game room is alright. Some games are broken. During our stay the wasps were crazy. They were everywhere. Not aggressive but a nuisance. Our villa did lack some cooking utensils which we bought. We did leave our spatula so the next guests didn't have to buy one. All in all our stay was fine. Borden set in a bit but I think that's the point of vacation sometimes. They did have a trick or treat event which was great. It was quite huge and it was a great time. We will probably try to attend this event as often as we can. They do have events like this throughout the years which is great. The office staff were great too. They were always polite and helpful. Plus, the prices for a stay here are much better than a hotel so you might as well give it a go because worse case you find out that you might be a little more bougie than you thought.

This place has been nice and the staff are friendly. The amenities aren't anything super special. The game room is neat and very affordable. It is a very quiet stay. No sewage hook up for coast to coast and the showers were disgusting for women. Edited to add: the picnic tables and mini golf were rotting to the point of falling apart and there was goose poop everywhere making the basketball court unusable.
