Camped here on several occasions and always a great visit. Beautiful area, the staff are awesome! Restrooms are very clean. Hot showers in the winter time as well as laundry available. Great place to bring your family. Nature center and activities as well. Plenty of walking/hiking trails and fishing.
Park was clean, and the rv parking was easy. Some sites have electric and sewer hook ups. Any site by the river gives you direct access to the water for fishing or tubing.
Absolutely beautiful campground, very peaceful, no cell service so you can enjoy nature undisturbed. Perfect river for wading and swimming. Love camping here. Bathroom is very clean and smells like cinnamon.
Such a wonderful camping experience! Went here for a friend’s birthday over the weekend and had 3 primitive spots for our group and it was perfect. We had more than enough space for all of us with the spots and were able to fully enjoy being in nature. The grounds were clean and really well kept. Loved that the staff did trash pick ups each morning. We had a great time and definitely will come back again.
My family enjoyed it; however, we were with a huge group which added to our enjoyment. The camp ground lacked walking trails something we highly enjoy. There was a kid adventurous rope bridge to cross over the Mohican River. We look forward to visiting again.
