My husband and I stayed here for almost a year while working in the area. This is by far the best location we have been to! The entire place is so clean and the manager, Paula, and the entire staff are awesome and do such a great job! We both wish the project had not ended so we could have stayed longer. Hopefully, we will be able to return to the area and we will for sure come back!
We had the most amazing time here. The property managers Paola and Megan were very friendly and helpful. They informed everyone in a timely manner with water shut off due to the "Storm of the Century" that we experienced there. We'll done!! Will stay again!
The service is absolutely phenomenal. I would definitely come back here again it's perfect! Paula and Kaleigh are amazing workers. So good to know there's still hard workers in this world.
I've been living at mont belvieu rv resort for the past 3 years. Paola has been a God send! She has made this park feel very welcome and open to new arrivals and me as a long term resident. I hate to see her go but I do know she is leaving the resort in good hands. Kaleigh and her husband have been more than just friends to me since they have moved in and have welcomed me with open arms. Kaleigh has done great hosting her 1st resort event for the super bowl. It went over with a bang! From what I have seen Kaleigh not only does a great job in the office and has a great communication skills and a heart that has a desire to please. I think the choices made in management will go over quite well even though we will miss Paola dearly. I believe the future of this campground is in good hands and will be more than what people expect. I myself stop in every morning coffee and am always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. It is nice to feel a part of the community.
Long-term tenant here, no plans of changing in sight. Fantastic personnel working here keeps the place in tip top shape.
