Great facilities (sites, washrooms, showers, laundry). Reasonable rates. Friendly staff. Beautiful scenery. Quiet. No playground but nicely treed and grassy area to play in and small river runs beside.

Park is just off the highway and a good spot to rest between Kelowna and Hope. There is wifi provided. 1 star off for value-$47 for a very basic RV site, did not have any privacy, no picnic table. Just power, water & a fire pit. The toilets were very clean, freshly painted. But 1 star off for the water. It had a strong, overpowering stench of sulphur/sewage and I would recommend not drinking. Showering in it wasn’t pleasant. Another star off…Facilities were extremely basic, another star off for no suitable dishwashing area, laundry etc. We were told to wash our dishes in the bathroom. RVs are quite tightly packed together and there’s zero views of nature. Besides a very murky, brown river. Bear warnings everywhere. In the evening there was some construction work happening with tractors trying to pull down a tree on the river. Would not stay here again.

The negatives; showers and toilets only available for tent campers. No washing machines yet and none in town either. The Positives; Beautiful scenery everywhere you look. Surrounded by mountains with a river bordering the camp. No lampposts onsite so you can see the stars. The staff are warm and welcoming. - UPDATE - They now have 2 washing machines and dryers.

The park was easy to find. Access to the park is through the industrial section of town. Pavement all the way until you arrive at the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic but you must sign a document stating that you have read and understand them when you check in. We did notice a few campers that travelled a bit fast through the park but management can’t be everywhere to enforce that problem. Not parking on grass would be very hard to enforce ‘cause the pads are mostly just dirt. Our site, 18, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. We did not like the look of the water so did not hook up. (We always fill a clear glass and take a sip first) There are no buffers between sites. Distancing is very close almost awning to slide. Each site has a table and most have a fire pit. Our site was un-level and rocky. We had to level the picnic table with rocks to make it work for us. Overall the park was not pretty and some of the full time sites looked cluttered and tacky. Internet is included in the price and worked well enough for e mail. We did not find any OTA TV. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees if you don’t have a portable dish. The washrooms and free showers are closed supposedly for COVID reasons. The Coldwater River runs along the property and is popular with folks wanting to cool off during the heat. This is a well run, but very poorly laid out, very rough urban RV park. We paid $39.90 per night inc tax with a 10% GS discount and don’t feel we received good value. We will not be back.

A very very nice experience. Super clean and well attended sites. A relaxing and learning environment. A working farm that raises Wagyu cattle and chickens. The owners are super entrepreneurs that have made the entire farm available for maximum enjoyment by visitors that stay at any of their rentals. Fresh beef and eggs are for sale. Very reasonable pricing all around. Pleasant and conversational owners.
