Its services and features are designed to enhance the camping experience. Key amenities include Wi-Fi access, ensuring guests can stay connected during their visit. A significant highlight is the year-round pool, a welcome feature for relaxation and recreation regardless of the season. A snack bar is available for convenient refreshments, and firewood can be purchased directly at the camp store, often with delivery services to your site, removing the hassle of sourcing your own. For pet owners, the campground is proudly pet-friendly, with dedicated areas like KampK9® where furry friends can exercise. Unique amenities offered through its affiliation with Mylan Park include access to a full indoor basketball court, a fitness center, cross-country trails, an outdoor track complex, pickleball courts, and seasonal attractions like a splash pad and water slides. It's just a few minutes' drive from the University Town Centre, offering a wide array of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Being close to West Virginia University (WVU) makes it a prime location for those attending sporting events, campus visits, or other university-related activities. The campground frequently promotes its family-friendly atmosphere and the convenience of being located within Mylan Park, which hosts various events and tournaments throughout the year. Special events held at Mylan Park, such as dog shows, dodgeball tournaments, and diving competitions, are often featured in promotional materials, inviting campers to enjoy the action without having to leave the complex. The blend of outdoor adventure and access to urban amenities is a strong selling point. Past reviews often praise the friendly and accommodating staff, the cleanliness of the sites, and the overall peaceful and wooded setting. It was so great for us that I cried when we left. We had a truly amazing year there, and it's become a family to us. Michelle and Christy had my son spoiled rotten the entire time and he loved it (actually everyone spoiled him). The concrete pads are great. The pool was awesome to have in the 90 degree weather we have in Morgantown. Location wise it's both a little secluded but 10 min from town so it's perfect and super quiet at night, which I loved. I could let my son run free through the campground because there is no main road too close. The neighborhood is great too! If you're considering a long term stay this is your place to be, considering every spot has full hookup and a big tank of gas for your furnace. It's open year round round which is why you should consider it. I mean, I could go on and on about everything we loved there. We miss it so much since we left!!!!

I’ve been here with my wife and two kids August 23 to April 24 at time of writing. This place is so amazing, especially compared to some of the campground in the area that are like dirt lots. MT campground is sitting in a beautiful valley full of grass and it’s a quiet place. They seem to do a really good job vetting people as we’ve had almost zero problem neighbors. My kids love this place and they have so much room to play in the grass. Like acres of grass. Great great place!!!!!!

The campground is nice with cement pads for each spot. The road to get there is the only drawback. Very ruff and narrow one lane roads so smaller rigs are recommended. Class A and larger fifth wheels make might get some new pinstripes on the roads leading here.

I have lived at this campground full time for the past 2 years and it’s been great. It is setup for workers and full time RV living. Level concrete pads, 50 amp electric, water and sewer at every site. The owner has always been fair, helpful and nothing but nice to me and my family. There is one camper that has been here full time for 10 years! To me that lets you know it must be a pretty good place to stay.
