Been coming here for over 20 years off and on. It's a lovely spot for fishing, crawfish trapping, kayaking, swimming and floaties. Campground is kept up clean with a outhouse, garbage containers. Very quiet and secluded camp spots with designated fire pits and picnic bench. Got to hike your belongings in by foot about a quarter mile. Recommend to bring a four wheel offroad cart instead of carrying it in. The only issue is your vehicles are not protected from vandles. There was an incident where a camper got his cadalityc converter stolen and two others had they're windows broken.

This is a great place for camping if you like to be by yourself, with lots of crawdads to catch and a great place to swim even with the kids!
