Motel 6 Gordonville, PA - Lancaster PA

I was happy with my stay. Only had one issue that the guest in the next room was noisy in the early morning hours. May I suggest if the motel isn’t busy not put guest next to each other. Not all guest have respect for others

Close to where I needed to be. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower and toilet were clean. Shower pressure was great. The bathroom sink was filthy. No outlets directly next to the bed so it was annoying to get up every time my phone went off while it was charging. No drawers, just open slots for clothes and an open place to hang clothes. No nightstands on the sides of the beds. TV was larger, the mini fridge/freezer worked well and we're clean. The microwave was clean as well. Loud at times with people in hallways and nearby rooms. And you can hear large trucks on the main road. Overall, for the price and 1 night to crash, I can't complain too much.

This place was overall really fine. Room and bathroom were very clean. The rooms do not face the road, but the road noise is still significant in the morning hours. Fine to sleep through, but might wake you up. The building itself and the rooms are quite old, but kept in good shape. The free lobby coffee was hot and drinkable. The only dampener on my mood was the employee who checked me in who was wearing earphones during the entire transaction, thus didn’t listen and understand most of our conversation, constantly asking the same questions over and over again and had a real attitude. Clearly has no interest or skill in talking to customers. Thankfully I never had to speak to them after check-in, so it wasn’t a problem overall. I would stay here again since the location is pretty convenient (to get to Dienner’s!)

You can tell they are trying to improve this place. New hardwood floors. Nice TVs and fridge. Maybe some older finishes in around the hotel. But what the hotel lacks in age it makes up for in hospitality. Kanny was very hospitable when I asked to change rooms at check in. He was there late at night when my friends and I got in and first thing in the morning making sure we all had a good stay. Would visit again!

Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Room had a microwave and fridge. Motel is close to Sights and Sounds theater as well as other attractions. This was my second stay here. I encountered no problems and would stay again.
