Motel 6 Grants Pass, OR

This is a no-frills economy motel. Nonetheless, the staff all provide five-star service. They are friendly, professional, kind, and caring. They even laughed at my dumb jokes. The manager, Sandy, truly set the tone for the staff to follow. I was here for two and a half weeks. If something had been amiss, I’m certain I would have found it. This motel is clean - inside and out. The rooms are very well insulated - can hardly hear anything that’s not in the room. The bed was comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of several restaurants. Easy access to the freeway and gas stations. There are a couple of parks within reasonable walking distance. One includes a dog park. If you don’t need the frills and are just looking for the basics, this is the place.

I'm in oregon visiting my granddaughter. So I'll be staying at this motel for a couple of weeks. The location is great, there is a gas station next door, with a Subway & Carl's Jr. across the street. It is quiet & I feel very safe as a solo traveler. The staff is amazing, especially the manager. Housekeeping is on top of everything. I would stay here again anytime I'm in the area.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff. Definitely give parker at the front desk 5+ stars. He made check in an out very easy an stress free. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Jeanette check me in and was very professional friendly and responsive. She provided great customer service. The room itself was clean but the bed was uncomfortable due to me feeling the spring underneath. Also the people above were partying so it was difficult to sleep as it was noisy. But for the price and location it just can't be beat. It is also a huge bonus that they accept small dogs which I had to. All in all I would recommend for the price point.

Check in staff was lovely and friendly although she was dealing with quite a lot by herself, we got the last room, it smelled quite strongly of dog though, I did spray it with aftershave to lessen the effect but it's impossible to remove that smell quickly. I'd probably avoid it in future for that reason but the room itself was clean enough and the staff really friendly.
