Rooms are basic and the staff is friendly but some of the other guests were an absolute nuisance. Loud music early in the morning followed by a couple fighting and a man yelling about $67. What I can only assume was the same man yelling at his girlfriend asked me for $5 in the parking lot, he was very upset and scary when I said no. He said, "Karma will get you". We left early due to this couple.
Staff was friendly and professional. Room had no fan in the bathroom. Shower was dirty. Good place for a quick snooze but wouldn't stay there more than 1 night.
Very clean room and attentive cleaning staff, but the door jamb was loose and my key card had to be reset during a two-day stay.
All pets are free!!! I'm on fixed income. Every hotel policy varies regarding pet policy. This is a game changer. No more sweating out if I'll have enough to cover pet tax/ pet deposits. I love being able to pull up to my room. No long hallways. Also, ice machine!!
A total dump. So called renovations means putting a coat of paint over filth. Had a prepaid room only to find the sheets were dirty and dirt literally in the bed. Disgusting. Was there for 30 minutes and complained, decided to leave and i told them i was leaving. Had to book elsewhere. The location refuses to refund and says i am on their do not rent list. They also asked for me to provide evidence of their dirty room. Pathetic. Do not reserve here and certainly do not prepay without seeing room first. Manager is liar too. Stay at the Hampton instead they were very helpful at such a late hour.
