Motel 6 Ocala, FL - Conference Center

I had a good experience at this motel. Everyone was really friendly. The room was clean enough, though the floors needed to be mopped better. Also need to sweep the hallways and parking lot more. It’s a very charming property - they don’t build them like this anymore. I hope the owners preserve it.

I had an excellent experience with the receptionist J.P during my stay. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service!

Angelina has been such an incredible help to me during my stay! She’s always making sure things are taken care of for my reservation and truly goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable no matter the situation. She always has a smile on her face, truly a pleasure to see every day! Thank you Sweet Girl!!!

"there are not enough blankets to cover every bed at our location" quote by a manager. Only one of our two beds had a blanket and there were no more to give out. The recommendation from the front desk attendant was to "use the blanket from the other bed." Sure, I'll take the blanket from my kids so my wife and I don't freeze.

She's very respectful, professional, and make sure that you're Completely happy and got what you need with genuine courtesy. I've been here a week and it's the same every time just great customer service skills by Kelly.!!!!!!
