I was treated very well. The person who checked me in done what they could to give me the best service. Me and my family really like the room that we got. We don't have a house at the moment so we're going to be here for a while but it could be so much worse. At least we have a house. I've seen lots of homeless people. It'll get better soon but I'm not complaining. At least we have a roof over our head.
The owners and staff we're great. The price was a little higher than I would have liked but not unreasonable. We stayed for one night the night before Thanksgiving. Our room was on the second floor and when we checked in the smoke alarm was beeping for the battery. The manager had someone in there right away to fix it. The place is pet friendly and they don't charges pet deposit which was nice. They have free Wi-Fi. You just have to ask at the front desk. The rooms are clean and spacious.There was hot water and clean towels. It's located right on i-10 so a little noisy but there's a convenience store with a jack n the box right next door that you can walk to. I would definitely stay there again.All together I would recommend them to anyone.
The best bang for your buck! They are under new management, and it shows! They're rooms are spacious and very nice. The best part is, they're CLEAN! The staff is kind and made us feel so welcomed. Location is perfect, right off the highway and by multiple restaurants and convenience stores.
Non smoking room had cigarette butts on the counter, there was blue cleaning products still in the bath tub and the remote for the tv did not work. It was a busy weekend and there was no other king rooms available. Manager refunded part of our money.
Filthy rooms. Rented two side-by-side. One had unmistakable mold in the bathroom. The other had a clogged sink filled with liquid that looked like it belonged more in the toilet. Two starts to service because they gave us a refund and didn't force us to stay.
