Motel 6 Surrey, BC

Stayed here with my 11 yr old. Staff was very pleasant and helpful especially the night clerk. I had drop my debit card and he seeked me out and returned it safely I was so greatful. Room was clean and comfortable. There was enough space for my son to play and the queen bed was suitable for the 2 of us. I've noticed that there has been several updates done inside my room which was pleasing. I would definitely stay here again and was reasonably priced.

Do not rent from Motel 6, as they have horrible customer service and the motel is in overall disrepair. ! I rented a queen sized bedroom for three nights, a few days ago, and I told the front desk clerk to find me a "quiet" room, as I am a night shift worker and sensitive to noise. Instead, I was located next to a noisy family with small children yelling and screaming, loudly in the morning I also heard a dog barking next door at 6:30 am, which woke me up, twice, the motel's ice machine was broken and was apparently so for several weeks, as someone else complained about it in another review, but nothing got done? Finally, the queen bed in my room was a very soft, worn out mattress, which wrecked my back over the three nights that I slept on it. The motel's hallways had a musty, propane like smell to it and there were water stains all over the carpet. I heard doors slamming in nearly units all day and night. When I called the Frint desk at 10:17 pm, Sunday night, the desk clerk was too lazy to pick up the phone and didnt answer my phone message about the noise. These people do not care? When I asked for a refund, the front desk clerk was rude to me and it was refused. Again, do not stay at this motel, you will be sorry and not worth the 171.00 a night.

Pretty well your bargain basement motel, minus the bargain. I paid 200$ for a decent room, but the location was pretty far away from downtown. OMG the traffic. Honestly, the check-in people could have been nicer. I returned to the hotel at 2am, there was no one at the front desk. No clear way to get in. (The back door)

Bad customer service, front desk guy was rude, I booked an room for two days, but I head to leave after one day, don't want to refund the money for one day. How is it possible if im not staying In how come they can't refund my money back.. ridiculous

There was mold in the bathroom. The second room smelled weird (like yeast). I had some breathing issues in there, and my young child started coughing constantly only while in that room. We just shut the door and shared the main room. Around the stove and fridge was pretty gross (along the wall out of easy reach but within sight). There were safety problems, too.
