We understand that your furry friends are part of your family, so we're happy to welcome dogs to our campground. Please note the grass and pine sap can be a bit of a hassle for them, so consider bringing shoes for your pets to make their stay more comfortable.

  • Flushed restrooms may not always be available due to seasonal water supply changes, but our portable bathrooms are kept clean and well-maintained.
  • Our shaded sites provide welcome relief from the summer heat, even during July's peak temperatures.
  • While we strive for a quiet environment, occasional noise may occur, especially from groups. However, rest assured that after midnight, things calm down, and our camp hosts are on hand to address any issues promptly.

Customer feedback highlights the beauty of our campground and its welcoming atmosphere. Many appreciate the ability to view campsites online, ensuring they bring tents that fit. The shaded areas are particularly praised for keeping sites cool during warmer months.

Beautiful little campground with 27 single campsites with picnic tables and fire rings. Although you pretty much need a reservation on weekends, spots are always available on weeknights. Directly across from the Aspen Grove Trailhead.

Nice little campground. There was no water when we went so the flushed restrooms weren’t operating but the portable bathrooms were well maintained. The place is nice. I like the fact that we can see the sites from the photos on the website else we won’t be able to fit our two 4-person tents. There are many shades so it was cool even though we went there on 3rd week of July. There was a group that partied till midnight but after midnight there were quiet so I didn’t have any issue sleeping; whether it was them or the camp host that took care of the noise, we highly appreciate that. I took my two pups there and they love it. Although, there was a lot of grass that stick on their fur—even worse was the pine sap. I ended up have to cut parts of their fur once I got home. Will probably come back but might need to wear shoes for my boys

Noisiest campground I have ever stayed in. Campsite was right next to a road and there was traffic on it all night long. Camp host opened the gate and let people in around midnight, who immediately started yelling and very loudly setting up their camp. Camp host did nothing about it.

DO NOT CAMP HERE unless all you want to hear from sunup to sundown is construction, motorcycles and Sundance events. The campground was nice but there wasn’t a moment of silence for days. I would not recommend this campground

*Please* be sure to listen to the reviews that mention how incredibly RUDE and CONDESCENDING that old woman that runs the place is. Hubby and I went to hang out with family for a little while and she came to demand payment for parking. We were going to pay, except she said they only take cash or checks. We had neither on us as it’s 2024 and no one carries those anymore. She was stubborn and contemptuous and threatened to write us a citation. So ridiculous. What a total Karen!

We stayed at this campground over the weekend. The site was clean and nicely maintained. The Camphost was friendly and gave us directions to a couple of hiking trails. We had no problems with late night partiers disrupting our evenings. We will definitely be staying here again.
