So far so good. Reasonable rates by the month. Old RV's are welcomed. Some families and seniors live here. It is there home and a place they can afford to live. Nothing wrong with that. This is one of the nicest place we have stayed. The staff is very friendly and nice. Big laundry room and jacuzzi. The pool has been closed the whole time we stayed here. When we checked out they had opened the pool. To late for us, we needed to do our pool therapy.
The location is not the most desirable in town, and the inside of the gates is not particularly appealing either. However, it is the most affordable option in the area. And the management keeps the place a lot less accessible to outsiders who don't live there
Crap place bills are patched currently being sued this park is a huge joke although it is a step better than the tweaking parks
Absolutely floored by what units they showed me. Been talking to a lady named Kim for about 3 weeks until I decided to just drive up there and she mislead me with some wonderful pictures of a unit but when I showed up another lady showed me one that reaked of a dog smell and looked nothing like the pictures I was confirmed it wasn't correct by the woman giving me a tour. I couldn't even walk in the smell was horrendous. The people before was evicted and the stickers was still in the window and they was very unprofessional and absolutely not attentive if I've been leaving messages for the appropriate people to get back to me regarding this property. I could already tell what problems I would run into with staying at this location. I would not recommend.
Pretty packed, not much room between lots and you have to choose if you want a yard or a parking spot because that's all you get!! On the up side, people/neighbors seem okay, courteous, quiet, and mind their own business. 🥴
