Mountain Ranch RV Park

What a great cozy spot! We just spent a month here to explore the Smokies, and really loved it. Only 4 spots, so it was very quiet. Close to Walmart for groceries. We were here during Helene, and Tom and Tommy kept us up to date with important information about the storm and subsequent water supply issues. They are wonderful people and I will miss them as neighbors! (Also thanks Tammy for all of the fresh veggies!)

What nice folks that run this lovely campground, Tom was very knowledgeable and kind - even suggesting what to do/see in the area. The small campground is very well kept and has everything you need! Really enjoyed the Smokies (despite the rain) in the short time we were here. What a convenient location! We’ll surely be back!

What a great quiet place to enjoy all the Smokies have to offer. We spent a few weeks here and were able explore a lot. Smokey mountains, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, blue ridge parkway, 7 moonshine distilleries, ride the dragon and the rattler, hiked multiple sections of the AT, sat by waterfalls and Rivers’s. I still feel we only hit 25% of what this area has to offer. The RV park is 4 spots quiet and well thought out at the top of the hill. Owners are fantastic, friendly, and occasionally will have a group fire to get to know your neighbors. We stayed in lot 4 in a 42’ toy hauler. We’ll be back!

What a wonderful stay here! We are so lucky to meet the owners Tom and Tammy who are the sweetest people. It’s obvious they love having a place for people to enjoy some peace and quite while still having some great pot luck nights for getting to know others! The park has great mountain views and is close to the foothills and north side of the park which we love. We will definitely come back when we swing through the area again.

What a great location! Peaceful and quiet. Sites 1-3 have a great view of the mountains. We visited Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge as well as the Smokey Mountains. The owners are great people!
